As a german i have to say....i´m impressed of how well the lyrics fit. Terror, Angst, heavily armored people and fire.....and of course the black man. Great job on the timing of things!
@@jv2s641Not necessarily, because ‘The Black Man’ was the equivalent of ‘The Bogeyman’ in old German Culture. It’s not to do with race, it was a man dressed in black clothing and a generally foreboding presence, ‘Dark Man’ works, but ‘Black Man’ is still right. ‘More appropriate’ don’t be sore, it’s not always about controversy 😂
@@Opinioned I said dark because the boogeyman can be interpreted as men of the shadows. Shadows being use to describe ignorance. So dark is appropriate in literature not in race. And i believe this is the message the music want to deliver.
What I like is that Schwarzer Mann is literally translated to Black Man, but it means Boogeyman. It's funny how the Video encapsulates both the literal translation and the meaning in Darth Vader.
It's even better when you realize that on most part of Empire Era Vader was the scariest man in the galaxy and people intentionally refused to believe that he exist to not cause panic.
I love that we actually get some edits and videos that make the empire look competent again. Rebels really killed the little fear he had of Stormtroopers and took a good chunk of the fear we had of Vader so I think videos like this are not just incredibly entertaining but also really important. Also the quality level of the editing is just great to include the sirens from the death star into the song fits just perfect not only with Angst but with Rammstein overall and the emperors little laugh also as well as Vaders breathing brings in that little creepy vibe it's just great!

As a german i can say the song text is very good to the video. He is singing that everyone fears the black man and when you consider that Darth Vader has a full black arrmor, you can see that it fits perfectly

Song fits perfect, because he asks permanently "wer hat angst vom schwarzen mann?" Who fears the black man? And its obviously both sides - the rebels and the troopers. All the fighting is because of him, there is no one else.
I'm interested... Why are there clones of the Empire in the movies (like all military...) portrayed as some kind of idiots? Even in cartoons, they look smarter and more dangerous.
