I would like to add in 0:54 that when the girl extend her arms, she is increasing the x*x in the formula of the rotational inertia (I = m * x * x). That's why the rotational intertia increases, because she is increasing that distance.

increasing the arms increases m.o.i so omega decreases to conserve momentum so her speed decreases and vice versa..

Newtown second law if fnet =0 then then momentum is conserved so pi=pf now compared it with rotating body Torque external is zero then angular momentum is conserved angular momentum when she make her legs wide open moment of interia is high and angular speed is low when she keep her arm close to body interia decrease but to maintain final momentum to compensate with inertia loss body star rotating more fast with angular speed so momentum can remain conserved now here a question y body want to conserve?? answer Newtown 1st law.

They use conservation of angular energy. Angular momentum is not conserved. Any measurement made confirms what I am saying.

@@pratishthabajracharya7 very simple. Conservation of angular momentum makes stupidly wrong predictions, therefore the theory is wrong.
