We visited Aniello Desiderio in his hometown in Naples, Italy to record some music on a new Altamira Hanson N3 double top guitar made for Aniello. Aniello Desiderio was a prodigy. I saw him in concert when he was sixteen, but had already won numerous national and international awards.

Grazie, maestro, per questa perla, una lezione/concerto come poche. In lei si fondono umiltà e talento, e il risultato non può che essere sublime. Per puro caso, ho avuto la fortuna di incontrarla per strada e stringerle la mano qualche mese fa, e in quei pochi secondi lei ha saputo mostrarsi interessato a cosa facessi o dove studiassi, quando avrebbe potuto semplicemente ringraziare e andare via, ma non l'ha fatto, e questo è segno di grande umanità, cosa sempre più rara oggi. Grazie per la sua musica e per rendere onore alla chitarra, per me lo strumento più bello del mondo.

Excelente material que une el conocimiento decantado por años de estudio con unas magistrales interpretaciones de la música de Moreno-Torroba y Granados. Desde Segovia no escuchaba tanta expresividad, pulcritud, la manera de moldear el sonido y expresar belleza; las melodías cantabiles, los pequeños rubatos y vibratos sin caer en exageraciones. Aplausos de pie al maestro Desiderio, el poeta de la guitarra. ¡Qué viva la música y los músicos que la hacen posible!

Had a cedar top Tranquillo Giannini years ago but truck got stolen in which it was in and never got either one back . Wonderful Huntington Beach California good AND sad memories. I concur with your interpretation of playing slow ! You're so right much harder in every aspect.
