I’m working on brewing this and I think I want more 1/2 drop creatures to cast anim turn 3 and have something to attack with.

So I know this card sees a lot of play but cathars crusade is a legit exponential assuming in a perfect world if no one interacts inbetween turns/attacks you attack one with anim it gets a counter on it self from cathars crusade next turn and yes assuming it isn’t removed Attack with gnomes two enter putting 2 on everything Next turn attack 4 tokens enter tapped and attacking and 4 counters go on everything including anim Next turn 8 enter putting8 counters on everything

Oh very agreed, I just tried to do this brew without it. Cathars Crusade wins QUICKLY here

@@hometowncommander it just takes set up and a few turns if no one kills it which it’s usually the case with all the enchantment hate

Urubrask's forge is also a really good card to run with Anim Pakal, basically just a free extra token that triggers Anim's ability without risking any real value on the deck :)

Great call! The every turn production goes a long way! Sometimes it is so hard to get a deck down to 99 cards
