Thankful that ACNH took the time to make New Year's sound SO good, and so excited to see a great cover of those arrangements! People have already pointed this out but the Auld Lang Syne transitions were a great addition, and the melodica harmonies in 11PM were really nice!
Thanks so much! I really wanted to add that New Years flair and tie each tune together somehow, and it definitely worked out! The melodica was one of my favorite to record too
the “12am “ music makes me tear up for some reason? this year was so hard for me, and everyone else. It just sounds like a song to a happy ending. Obviously not trying to jinx it. Happy New Years.
Awesome awesome cover! I'm sorry I'm only just now seeing it - I love how you used Auld Lang Syme as transition points, and they were all perfectly executed! The big climax point gave me goosebumps just as it did when I heard it in-game for the first time. Great job and a wonderful tribute to one of the best sections of the game musically!
Thanks!! I really felt things listening to these tunes for the first time and knew I had to do it! Glad you liked the transitions, those definitely took some thought when arranging it
Criminally under viewed video. Crazy they made this much music for new years and most players will never even it. Great job capturing the amazing music and compiling it all together!
This is honestly so amazing. I watched it when it first came out, and I’ll watch it again and again any time I feel like hyping myself up for New Years! Just imagining getting together with a group of my friends and doing this is SUCH a fun idea and it’s just so inspiring. This deserves wayyy more views, and thanks for making it
Well isn't this delightful! Some seriously smooth playing by everyone, and an absolute killer arrangement. Easily one of your best videos, starting 2020 off right
I loved that groove for 11:30! Really liked the ever modulating Aude Lang Syne. And 12am was fantastic! I am a sucker for strings in jazz. I would love to do a video with you this year!
Thanks! I used to write a lot of percussion ensemble arrangements and other misc stuff when I was in school etc. There's some playlists on my channel if you're interested!
@@NicoMendozaMusic Nice! I've been jamming out to this piece nd trying to listen to the notes and replicate them and you wrote it very good, its very fun to play and listen to! I'll check out your other stuff since your music arrangements and more are terrific!
