Animal's River in Sundarban 

নদীটি খুব গভীর এবং সারা বৎসরই নাব্য থাকে বলে, এর মধ্য দিয়ে সামুদ্রিক জাহাজ প্রবেশ করতে পারে। এই নদীর তীরেই মংলা সমুদ্রবন্দর অবস্থিত। পসুর একটি গুরুত্বপূর্ণ নৌ-পথ, যে পথে খুলনা, বরিশাল হয়ে স্টীমারসহ লঞ্চ ও বিভিন্ন নৌ-যান বিভিন্ন দিকে যাতায়াত করে।
নদীটির মোট দৈর্ঘ্য ১৪২ কিমি। পসুর ও এর শাখা-প্রশাখাগুলো সবই জোয়ারভাটা দ্বারা প্রভাবিত।
Sundarbans is one of the most beautiful places in Bangladesh. There is natural beauty, as well as green forests, rivers, creatures and animals. Everything can be perceived from very close, in this beautiful forest.
Pasur River is one of the largest rivers in the Sundarbans. There are five big rivers in the beautiful forest. From this there are 30 more branches. In other words, the total number of beautiful forest rivers is 35.
When you are on the river bank, you will see green forests on both sides. With that the chirping of birds. Deer and some other diverse animals will be seen.
Because the river is very deep and navigable all year round, ships can enter through it. The seaport of Mongla is located on the banks of this river.
