This is truly one of the greatest games of all time, the benchmark that every game, including GTA, should follow. I mean, look at the effort they put into it: the bland characters, the dull story, the ONE guy who voices EVERYONE (with little to no lip-syncing). Not to mention the remarkable resemblance to certian Disney characters. And who could forget that they even took the time to make sure that there isn't even any real gameplay, oh wait...
Yeah, it sucks, but I guess it was made to be one of those games you play when you're drunk.
One more thing: 2:14. That is all

It's pretty cool, but has anyone else not been able to get it to stop? I tried closing the browser, restarting my pc, and even turned off the main breaker to my house. I'm at the airport right now -- thought that might drown it out, but it just keeps getting louder.

My favorite part is the drums. They just drone on and one through the whole thing, even on top of other music, often drowning out all dialogue. It makes the whole thing feel like an execution or something.

This was the work of a now defunct developer called Phoenix Games, that probably just acted as a cover firm for money laundering or some other obscure reason. It didn't seem to employ anyone invested in making actual games, as all their releases were pretty much like this one, featuring piss poor artwork and animation, laughable voice acting and overall zero effort. How and why Sony allowed this is beyond me.

I mostly enjoy the utterly merciless way the characters treat each other; the misfortune that they suffer is largely met with wicked cackling and cold indifference that is completely at odds with the shit-eating grins everyone wears. I must say, I'd be one schizophrenic bitch if my world had a constant, endless drum beat playing in the background; a world where animation is limited to two frames per minute and everyone not only sounds the same, but it's no guarantee that your voice will even match to your lips moving. Remember when people whined about how Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots was less of a game and more of a cinematic, but it still got amazing reviews and sold extremely well? What I'm trying to say is that Animal Soccer World was before its time. No one understood Animal Soccer World because it was made too early and wasn't part of a popular series. It would have been loved if it had been released in the 2010s as Metal Gear Solid: Animal Soccer World.
