Working on a story about inaccessibility to public services for children and those with service animals at the WA State Department of Corrections in Puyallup and Tacoma, WA. Tips and leads received indicate that a possible prohibition on access by children and animals (service as well it seems) occurs by way of policy at the WA State DOC Field Office in Puyallup, WA.
