Portugal is the only nation in the world where it's national flag has an "armillary sphere".

Now imagine hundreds of years back the owners of this instruments could just touch it with bare hands without bothering with gloves.

What a magnificent combination of art and science.

Read the Bible, it's not accident. Hell is also real.

The earth shown as a bowl upon which the observable hemisphere of the sky moves around a central point. Flat earth model in its perfection.

I will sell the rubble from my backyard to aliens for million dollar a piece so that they can pack it into their spacecraft, go back to their planet then cast it into perspex and display it next to armed guards as "rocks from a remote planet" and study it under the most exquisite delicate and sensitive nuclear magnetic spin resonance thermometer spectrometer integrator quark entanglement derivator. and wonder why there are pieces of rebar in it.

I'd like to see an exact version with exception having a light in the center of earth that projects out and allows you to map the projected shadows.

Thank you for this video! It's very interesting! And I want to animate it!

This demonstrates the kind of genius we humans are capable of. It makes me wish we humans were more dedicated as a whole to science and exploration of the heavens, as opposed to the things we are currently dedicated to.
