Nice video! I liked the one-line command for creating a palette and gif. Normally, I create a PNG palette and use these parameters for making a gif: ffmpeg -i input.mp4 -i palette.png -lavfi scale=540:-1:flags=lanczos,paletteuse=dither=bayer:bayer_scale=5:diff_mode=rectangle -y output.gif
