I went 1 FOR 5 with my 2023 Prediction Video, lets try to do a little better this time! With Animation Chronicles 2024 set to be released in less than 4 months, I decided to go over 5 archetypes that I would LOVE to see printed! I think all of these have a decent chance at getting featured, and would love to hear your thoughts!

My list: 1. Armor (Valon) 2. Darkness w/Zero, Infinity etc. traps (Nightshroud/Darkness) 3. Gun Ogre (Lotten) 4. New Order (Eliphas) 5. C/C w/Film Magician etc. (Riley) 6. Armatos Legio w/Judgement cards (Lightning) So, I listed one from each of the main series that I'd like to see printed one day - this year or in the future sets.

I believe they will be released in a year or more . Duel links is now on spectre and his story, meaning we'd need the other Hanoi members in as well

Valon’s Armor deck is my top of the list of wanted archetypes. The next would be Sartorious’ Arcana Force deck, but we’re likely to get it in the Light Duelists set. Lastly I would love to see the individual Wiesel, Skiel, and Granal pieces printed, only to make them more usable in today’s game.

The archetypes from GX that i wanna see get printed are: The Slime archetype that's used by Maddog, the Mirror archetype that's used by Sarina, the Army archetype that's used by Bonaparte, and even the Alchemy archetype that's used by Banner/Amnael.

I really want Riley’s C/C/C deck, as I think it is just such a unique play style by copying an opponent’s monster and using it to fusion, synchro, or xyz summon. It would need a lot of new cards added as support to search for the starting card plays, not to mention it can be kinda assumed that there is a C/C/C fusion, synchro, xyz monster for each attribute, totaling 18 different extra deck monsters, some of which were seen in the anime, others which would need to be made. The archetype is so versatile and has such a unique play style, especially considering Riley’s role in the anime. But the amount of new cards needed for it to work might be too much for right now, which is why I can see them also not doing it. I am just hoping that they decide to add C/C/C

that would involve printing a TCG legal Judgment Arrows, and frankly that would be a headache to adapt, since Hydradrive in the anime pretty much DEPENDS on that card

the way it is in the show, it's really, really bad. They would have to add a ton of effects. I don't think it will be added before they add Armatos Legio

I mean, all they have to do is make it sure that you could only have one on the field and change the attack gain. Either the monster gain attack equal to half of its own original attack or maybe gain 300× that monster's link rating.

New Orders, Clear, C/C, I see you. I like your style. Armatos Legios, Hydradrive, and Stormrider gets my vote of confidence. You will ultimately miss if Judgment Arrows isn’t adapted to the main game.

If it gets printed, I'm not convinced that Konami would make it a Link Spell. It's much more likely to be a Continuous Spell with this effect: You can only control 1 "Judgment Arrows". You cannot Special Summon monsters, except Cyberse monsters. Once per battle, during damage calculation, when a Cyberse Link Monster in your Main Monster Zone battles an opponent's monster: Double your battling monster's ATK during that damage calculation only. If this face-up card leaves the field: Destroy all monsters in your Main Monster Zones.

@@cameraredeye3115 I would have extended it to a little more closely match the anime, like you can only activate it in a Zone that a Link Monster's Link Arrows point to, and you are permitted to Link Summon the same column, or to the left or right column of Judgment Arrows. But nerf it so that only monsters whose Link Arrows point directly at Judgment Arrows gets the ATK boost, since Firewall Cyberse would absolutely KILL with this deck otherwise.

With the with the new Ancient Gear cards we’ve been getting recently, this could be an opportunity for us to get the Hunting Hound fusions used by the Obelisk Force and maybe some of the spells/traps used by them and Yuri to support them.

Keep this in mind. Everything from the anime, and even from the manga, for all the different series, will all be released at some point. There are certain cards, and archetypes that we all want released sooner than later, but we just have to wait and see when they will be released.

I think we get: DM: Weevil's card from Orichalcos maybe even Rafael or Alister GX: probably cards that Sartorius and Yubel used high chance for Super Fusion God and maybe Bonapart. 5ds: Rest of Syd's Wheel and Yanagi Ancient Treasure cards. Zexal: No idea Arc-V: Ancient Gear and Gutsmaster or Star Fujin Vrains: don't know

As always would love for Yuma/Utopia/Zexal deck to finally get as much love as previous protags gotten to keep up with modern decks. (Or least not heavy Reil on Normal summon). Other than that legios or Windy deck be cool to see

Did anyone else feel like Blood Shepherds deck was exactly like the Mecha Phantom Beast deck? MPB relies on tokens and swarming as well. Drone is like an extention of that.

I personally think New Orders had a high chance of getting printed in this set because we recently got a rank 13 Raidraptor Xyz monster so it makes sense that they would eventually print the first rank 13 to appear in the anime. I’d also like to see Eliphas’s other support cards for the archetype like Ascension Spiral, Rank-Up Advantage and Rank Domination. Spirit Tech Force is a deck I’d really to see printed too. Leo may be a underwhelming villain with a lot of potential but his deck was cool to see and even outsmarted Reiji of all Duelists with cards like Dis-Swing Fusion, an interesting anti-pendulum trap. As a Cyberse fan, I’d love to see some standalone support cards used by Playmaker like with what we got last year with Drastic Draw and Code Hack.

I'm hoping for these archetypes/series being printed in AC 2024: -DM: Orichalcos (Dartz) AND/OR the remaining Fairytale cards ESPECIALLY FOREST WOLF!!! (Leon Von Schroeder) -GX: Remaining Koala Support (Chumley Huffington), Dizzy (Mr. Huffington and Maitre D), Slime (Mad Dog) AND/OR Doll Part (Alice) -5D: Gun Ogre (Lawton) (AND Fuse Ray Blaster since it fits the deck's theme also and it's just one card) -ZEXAL: Gearspring (Bronk Stone) -ARC-V: Cookpal (Reed Pepper) -VRAINS: NONE (With all due respect, I really don't like VRAINS or any Link Archetypes)

Well, the set got revealed and it seems the characters that are getting their decks printed are the professor that trained Mizawa in GX, not-Chronos from 5Ds and the class president from Zexal.

1. Armtos Liegos (no Judgment arrows unless you just turn it into a continuous spell and not a link spell) 2. The rest of the Oricalcos archetype 3. So for me its actually really easy. 1) armor deck, but revamp the effects, cause if its the anime effects it wont get to shine at all xD 2) darkness. Just give us the full archetype instead of just 2 monsters. If not, the alchemist deck that basically revolved around banishing was kinda neat aswell 3) meklords, give us all the small pieces to work together and create bigger new meklords as fusions from the extra, so we dont need to play bricks. It could work soo good together 4) new order. The archetype is indeed cool, we shouldve gotten it ages ago 5) ccc seems a great option for arc-v decks. The deck was nifty, but sadly a bit unexplored, though that could be good to make other new cards 6) hydradrive. I kinda liked that, and would love to see that come to real life

New Order is looking to be more of a possibility because we do have two rank thirteen XYZ in the OCG/TCG with Numeronious Numeronia (I highly doubt i spelled 100% correctly) and Raidraptor Rising Rebellion Falcon

I’m waiting for all these. Them not being printed means it’ll be a while before any of their corresponding characters will come to duel links. Especially Armatos Legio and Drones. I really liked Blood Shepered vs Lighting. Personally, my favourite Lightning duel so I’d love to see their archetypes get printed.

New Order is probably a must: LIGHT (this is the LIGHT year in yugioh), the only main Zexal archetype not still printed, … … I am waiting to get my third Rank 13 and one of my favourite monsters (I absolutely love Zexal …)

Drones are overdue. Back before the release of collection pack 2020 (the precursor to Animation Chronicle) there was a vote for which cards would get printed. Fossil won with Sunavalon and Wicked Gods placing 2nd and 3rd respectively. Outside of a couple of Yako Tenma's Spell/Trap cards, all have now been printed. So the next Deck due for printing is Drones which took 4th. Given the upcoming Light Pack I can understand if they go for Armatos Legio instead.

I'm hoping we actually get Windy's Stormriders as their gimmick of hating Spell's and Traps could be interesting seeing as most decks use powerful spells to extend plays and hand traps like Evenly matched and Infinite Impermanence could easily be countered by them. ^^

i read the effect of "commandrone double sniper" that lv6 syncho ,and is VERY BROKEN is a basically quick monster negate for every turn and burn damage, the line is "when you oponent activate a monster efffect while there are 2 drone counters on this card (quick effect) you can negate the activation and if you do destroy that monster and inflict 1000 damage to your oponent" ah!, a little detail IT`S NOT ONCE PER TURN and you put a drone counter (MAX 2) every time you oponent activate a card or effect that negate attack or card effect.

Would’ve been cool also if u included Manga Cards/Decks also since they print those as well, tho I’m not sure which notable Manga Cards/Deck hasn’t been printed as I don’t pay too much attention to the Manga cards! That being said, lemme tell ya, if they’re not printing Armatos Legios in the year for the LIGHT Attribute, Drones are totally going to be the next VRAINS Deck that gets printed imo, prob in this year’s pack!

I love how Infinite Forbidden, Duelist of Brilliance and Animation Chronicle are going to be release on June/July and WE DON'T KNOW NOTHING YET besides the 10 exodia cards and the Dark Magician of Golden Sarcophagus... Konami would have to SPEEDRUN the Card announce on this month basically 3 cards per set per day... or even more

Considering that it's the 20 years gx and 10 years arc v it's likely to focus on them it could have the archetype clear where Darkness and Ojamachine and the rest of the cards used by Jaden for Arc v the C/C/C Spirit Techet where Performage and the rest of the cards used by zarc and yuya and maybe reiji obelisk force and for the premium pack 2025 heroes mask due main deck and Genesis Omega Dragon AKA G.O.D

Im actually making a Yugioh anime collection binder with aces and bosses across all major and supporting characters throughout the Gallop era and i need Spirit Tech, Drones, Performage (that rank 5), Stormrider, Armatos, Hydradrive and New Order for those characters. Im pretty confident we'll see atleast two of these this year. I see some people saying C/C/C and i cant really see it, but i would be fine with it.

You forgot about Bolton and his White Warrior deck. Ellsworth’s cards from 5d’s. Dennis Performage pendulum monsters have not been in reality yet. I think he’s the one who taught the Professor how to make Pendulum cards for Spirt Tech series. When Sora returns to the Fusion Dimension at Duel Academy, they scanned Sora’s memories and not only discovered the fourth counterpart of Ray Abaka: Zuzu Boyle, but find out about this new summoning technique Pendulum, so the Professor sent Dennis to the Arc League Champion, as a mole to get information and buying his time to know how to make Pendulum cards, while Sora and Oblisk Force tried to hunt down Zuzu and Celina and invade the Standard Dimension. While Dennis was with the Lancers, the Leo Institute of Dueling was developing Pendulum cards for the Lancers, Dennis was spying on Declan’s card manufacturers, on how to make them, so that he show the technique to the Professor when he was recovering from his injuries from his Turbi Duel against Shay. You should know that there are few of the main characters, whose cards are not in this reality yet. For some of you who doesn’t

And Speaking of Elemental Duelists Battle packs... do you guys think that 2025 Elemental Pack would be Duelists of Divinity? Giving Support to Archtypes of Duelists that their monsters were Divine Attribute on the Anime/Manga, like the Ragnarok Team, Kagemaru with the Divine Beasts, The Three Egyptian Gods or The wicked Gods of Tenma... it would be interesting at least

You know what we need @ignister monsters that are human versions of the 5 dead Ignis. They gave the dimension dragons human forms and gave AI's monster form a card.

The magicians are not human forms of the dragons. Just magicians who draw upon the dragons' powers. The lore even states why they destroy themselves upon using their effects is its because their respective dragon is too powerful for them.

Out of all of those, Drones has the highest chance, because it is the only one of your choices to have been included in the 2020 OCG collection pack poll, and actually came in 4th place with 11 percent of the vote.

I’m hoping they finally print the Dinowrestler Spell/Trap support, but I understand that would eat up at the limited slots for Vrains. And with how many fan favourite anime decks are in Vrains, I wouldn’t want those archetypes to be missed out on for Dinowrestlers of all things.

My predictions: YGO DM: Weevil's cards like Pheromone Wasp and Poison Butterfly. Rex got his turn last year, so it makes sense for Weevil, the other of the pair to get it now. YGO GX: Mr T's Dark Archetype, Dark Psycho Eye, The Undecided One, etc. If they choose an archetype, I think Bastion's Magnet Warriors like Sigma Plus and Omega Minus would be nice (would like to see how they synergise with existing Magnet Warriors in the TCG). YGO 5D's: Rua and Ruka's generic cards like Synchro Monument, Double Ripple etc. If they go with an archetype, then the Yomi cards by the Familiar of Red Nova. YGO Zexal: People CLAMOUR for New Orders, but I think it's gonna be scattered support without a theme. YGO Arc-V: Odd-Eyes Gates as used by the last duel in Arc-V. YGO Vrains: Stormriders. Problem with printing Armatos Legio or Hydradrives is that it would involve printing a TCG legal Judgment Arrows due to both decks shown in the anime to depend on them to work, and that's logistically a headache. Stormriders make more sense since Windy didn't use JA and so his deck's easier to adapt.

I really hope C/C/C will finally get printed. Reira's monsters are mostly fiends from what I remember and this year we have gotten a lot of support for that type this year.

Since Rank-Up-Magic Astral Force checks for Type and Attribute, the New Orders will need new effects to change their Types, mainly: Etheric Anubis will need to become a Reptile, Etheric Sebek will need to become a Winged Beast, and Etheric Horus will need to become a Beast. Also, Etheric Amon will need a new Summoning condition as Astral Force ranks up by exactly 2, maybe something similar to Utopic Zexal where you need to discard a Rank-Up-Magic in order to stack it on top of another Xyz Monster.

These are what I'm hoping we get in Battle of legends DM - Dartz cards, and Noah cards GX - Mask heroes, Clear worlds, Toy knights, Alchemy beast,Scrap fusion,Volcanic wall,Dark Archetype( the monster Truman most used), and Darkness cards. 5d's - Gun ogres, Mask knights LV's, ancient gear statue,and Extra fusion. Zexal - New orders,and Chaos end ruler- The ruler of the begging and the end. Arc-V - Spirit Tech, C/C/C, the remaining Supreme king Z-arc cards,and Ivy Castle. Vrains- Hydrodrives, and Armatos.

the drone deck could actually be crazy because i bet they are all machines and link based, auroradon is banned only on TCG, MD and OCG have it at and if it makes the drone deck stronger they could even take it out of the banlist for TCG (which is not so surprising, it is not as strong without halq)

I still think a proper Orichalcos archtype would be good, the cards from the deck Dartz played. We have gotten Cards from his deck here and there but they’ve all been sparse don’t work with each other, and are honestly kinda bad.

Gatling Ogre's TCG effect would be like: You can send 1 Set Spell/Trap you control to the GY; inflict 800 damage to your opponent, also you cannot activate nor Set Spells/Traps for the rest of this turn.
