These are really good! I've got a couple of tips. First of all, with squash and stretch, make sure to keep the mass of the object consistent. If you stretch a ball out vertically, make sure to squash it horizontally. I also like to use squash and stretch instead of smears in a way, but that's really you're choice. I would also recommend adding some more motion, mainly to the dance. It doesn't have to be much, but it usually goes a long way.
