Shinra is not even close to 0.001% of the fastest yes his speed is if you take (sub sonic< sonic< super sonic < lightning< light < ftl < mftl< mftl+ < infinity < immesurable < irrelevant) "immesurable" but there are characters that are irrelevant like Rimuru, Anos, Featherine, Hajun, and more
Almos every top character in OP is FTL. But the guy didnt even mention Luffy and he think light in OP is solower than light speed. So yea I do not think he will mention that.

I heard about the fastest character in the Undead Unluck series is Top Bull Sparx with his ability "Unstoppable" and this character is a really fast runner in this series.

In chairman election arc when Killua carried Alluka he was in God Speed mode and Tsubone said: ''He will reach city (40 km away) in about 10 minutes'' it means his speed is roughly 240 km/h or 149mph. To be fair here, Killua said he is a bit slower because he is carrying Alluka... But don't worry by estimating Alluka's weight and making few calculations, I came to conclusion that she should have slowed Killua by roughly 28.5%. Meaning alone he should be able to run at 335km/h or 208 mph... (If I highball it as much as possible... it could be up to 560km/h or 348 mph) And I really don't consider this to be lightening speed or above... or anything even remotly close to it. The only thing that can move at speed of lightening is Killua's electricity itself... but saying HE is as fast as lightening is the same as saying that you can run faster then sound bacause you can shoot gun... NO, that is not how it works!!!
I do not know where he got his speed scaling. He mention Sonic and put him together with Ichigo and Naruto. Sonic is at the same level as Shinra in speed. So people put him even faster.

@@gregoryjones9926 I’ll break it down for you, so velocity is distance divided by time so a literal example would be dio taking a stroll to his son (giorno) place if the distance was 2 miles and it took him 30 minutes (or .5 hours for the sake of the formula) we could put it in as 2miles/0.5 hours to see that dio walked at 4 miles per hour. Now let’s say dio gets bored and now instead of walking he theoretically time stops the entire duration of his walk to giornos house. In real time we would now see that 0 seconds has passed between when he stoped time and when he got to giornos house. This would make our new formula 2miles/0 hours and dividing anything by zero gives you infinity because you would need an infinite amount of zeros to reach any number other than 0. Yeah, she is or at least should be. Bleach power scaling is stronger than a lot of other anime/manga. Just because they look slow to us that's because we're the viewers. If they actually put their true speed we wouldn't even be able to see them. But this dude kinda got a few of these wrong.

wait a minute, wouldn't Kizaru be number 2 because he can turn his body into individual particles, kind of like shinra except he doesn't go back in time?
Minato and Kizaru are meant to be a lot higher on the list because using the power of acceleration, Kizaru is able to move much much faster than his base speed which is already the speed of light and Minato had advanced the flying raijin technique on a higher level than Tobirama the second hokage who created the technique specifically to bypass the sharingan's tracking ability which is definitely not a normal human eye and plus Minato also teleports so why would Gojo be on a higher level on the list than him not even counting the fact that Minato at his fastest was when he had the kyubi power in the 4th great ninja war and he used that power on the same level as naruto kcm 2 which is significantly faster than kcm 1 which is also significantly faster than the Raikage.
Minato moves instantainously, meaning that he could travel anywhere he left a mark without any time passing at all. And in Boruto it was confirmed that the ninjusu he uses to do this also works the same across dementions. This makes him easily the fastest one on this list. I know this will piss people off and it is unfortunate as my all time favorite anime are soul eater and fire force, but it is without a doubt a fact. If you don't believe me just look up "how does flying thunder god technique work".
That's not a speed feat tho he needs to prep that, if other characters came and asked him to race around the planet he would need to run around the planet with his actual speed and then place Mark's. In a fight he would get decimated by people who move in speed time, he could throw 300 kunis and shine a would be able to catch all of them stab him with it before he could even weave the sign to activate his skill.

You missed out on rimuru tempest who literally ran back from outside of space and time in seconds, anos who is faster than sailor moon, sung Jin woo who blitzed gods, mori jin who , if you scale his nervana to ours, hed be so fast that the universe will crumble. Shinra isn’t even close to being the fastest in his verse he moved at the speed of light which was enough for him to move in stopped time realistically he’s only FTL+ and before people bombard me read the chapter where he fought his brother they explain his body breaking down into particles once he reaches the speed of light making it possible for him to move in stopped time.

In that case, Anos can travel between different bubble worlds in the Silver Sea in finite time in the novel, which is an irrelevant speed feat since the Silver Sea is a higher dimensional structure.

As far as teleportation, time travel, or space compression goes, you either include or exclude. There's no middle ground when determining speed. Speed is distance over time. You can either consider it by measure the two endpoints and time elapsed, or the distance traveled by the person's movement over time. In the former, teleportation is an insane speed. In the latter, it's slow as hell. If a guy teleports somewhere and only takes a step, the second version equals about 1 meter per second. Easier to just not include space manipulation/compression, teleportation, or time travel

Well technically only KCM Minato is actually moving that speed not Minato with Flashing Raijin because Flashing Raijin is a teleportation ability not an ability which makes him move fast.
Goku is the fastest if you include instant transmission. Which is similar to how Shinra moves. Gokus body breaks down into particles and he can travel the span of the entire universe in an instant.
@@izzyboi6099 first of all you have to keep one thing in mind, the attributes in black clover can get stronger/faster if the person trains or receives more mana, for example someone who wields "light magic" can make it stronger/faster if he trains it or receives more mana. Now let's to get to why I said luck is massively faster than light. In early black clover luck was able to keep up and even outspeed "Vetto" who is one of the "third eye" who each are said to be more powerful than "licht" (their boss) who can use "light magic" and moves at light speed, vetto specifically was regarded for his speed and luck was keeping up with him and even outpace him and that was just early black clover. Lightspeed was introduced in early Black clover arcs and the series has a lot of "power creep" and Currently Luck is way way way way way more powerful than at that point.
@@Weeb-Knight you're forgetting the fundamental concept of what is faster than the speed of light, only characters who have achieved faster than the speed of light in anime are either 3-O characters like zeno, anti spiral, or characters like goku and shinra.

quick not the Tanuki Minato was never shown to be fast physically instead he was shown to have a very fast reaction speed allowing him to use his kunai quickly (and while you could argue that Minato in his Kurama cloak was him being fast and while technically yes that is true it is essentially just because of Kurama's power not his own and I'm not saying he isn't fast because he is but people often assume that he is extremely fast physically when it isn't completely true)

Well we can't really say that because Luffy has observation Haki at this point (when he dodged the lightspeed attacks), and he just did some aim dodging.
As for the Dragon Ball Universe, Whis > Beerus > Dyspo > Hit > Goku. As of the end of the Tournament of Power, not counting the manga, Hit has the ability to stop time. As a bonus, Hit is not the first character shown with this ability. That would go to Guldo of the Ginyu Force, although the limit to his ability is how long he can hold his breath.
