The only problem is touma's death is unknown. The only known thing is that he has died directly 10032 times from othinus and after every death he repeated those countless worlds of the worst torture. It's way more than anything shown in this video. If we not take touma manipulating his memory, (because it happens after confronting othinus for more than thousands of time in the school ground) Touma is mentally older than the universe itself. And diablo isn't dying infinitely, he is bound by giorno's life. Which is well few 60 years or so. So yeah technically touma has died the most.

We know how many times she's looped, it was 100 years, during that period, she's at least tens of thousands of times, each year. And it was mentioned that in one of the loops in gou chapter, it went on for another 10 years but the exact number of resets are vague. because in those fragments in the world keeps resetting itself along with Rika because of another looper.
