I honestly agree with you Toad. The only other thing I honestly feel slightly at odds with are the pay-2-win options this game provides. Sure we can get a buff in gem sources, and less alt-farming methods, but I've been becoming more and more less motivated when I see level 10's & 20's walking around with 3 shiny secrets with triple S' stats & almighty is very demotivating, and yet here I am with 10k units summoned, no shiny mythics nor secrets and having to grind my life away for the mythic bear in the raids section for a reasonably good mythic.
@@Sophisticated_dork If AV is anything like AA was I don't exactly expect it to be that f2p friendly in comparison to AD. In AA there was no consistent ways for players to grind for trait rerolls, you could be spending weeks or longer to accumulate a decent amount of rerolls.

I hope they add those multiple things to do and earn gems now theres basicly just inf and its afk. But in AA i remember there was TOWERS, The leaderboard thingy where u got the top 10 loot the top 50 and top 100 and i think top 1 got some shiny unit u needed to do a exact map in as fast time as possible and get better placements THAT WAS COMPETATIVE AND FUN I WANT THAT HERE!

Also the alt problem and manual buffing could be fixed by some simple steps 1: increase gem rewards to surviving higher waves, since putting 4 alts in a server highly increases hp they wont go very far 2: make infinite more difficult and more rewarding, to also filter out the alts 3: Make raids give more rewards overall, extra for solo, and extra for highest damage, theres no point of having endgame units right now if you dont even get extra things for having them 4: not much related but a harder challenge mode for a bit more items? idk
@@geekia-u2y You can do the challenges and infinite till wave like 46 with only legendary, my alt only had legendaries and still cleared those, specially franky since hes easy to get always on banner

When it doesnt take me over 700k gems with 3x potion ill stop using alts but until then there is no single account way to even have a chance at anything

Since limitations have been made in order to maximize the gems and rr yield of my farm im gonna multiply my current number of alts by 2. From 4 to 12...
the devs said that they dont like the alt farming one of the owners said this"To make our stance clear, we are NOT onboard with giant clicker farms running 100s of bots simultaneously on our game. That said, we are also not strongly against individual players macroing if they choose to do so" they arent against macroing not alt farming

All you have to do is scroll through the servers and see that most of them are filled with bacons. I don't think this game is worth it if all those bots and alts left, then they would have 30-50k at most
Hope it stays liek that until they buff manual farming because its really not worth it to grind by yourself when a bot does the same, this is all just a consequence of lazy planning and developing of the game Also i grind manually on 2 accounts and i can p much make more then 8 account alt farmers by smart trading, so yeah you can compete with them just requires some brains

I grinded up to 230k gems for 2 weeks straight legit no macro or alt farming and to be honest it feels like all that hard work getting all those stuff really feel unrewarding I saved up that much trying to get Igris and I got nothing not even shiny mythics so yeah I kinda felt like I just gave up after that the game is okay but it really is demoralizing that people with alts have millions of gems and shiny secrets at lvl 13-15 before me and I'm lvl 85.
the alt problem has only gotten this bad because they keep trying to get rid of it. had they not made a million changes, people wouldn't have made more workarounds, and thus more people would still not know about alt farming. Not to mention all of the changes they've made only make it harder for people to macro gems with one account. people used to use like 4 accounts, but now they use 8-12. all they're doing is making it worse.
Honestly i feel the like the devs are just going to let there game die because you have to use macros/alt accounts in order to even be considered good at the game. Honestly I'm just waiting for vanguards and i hop vanguards will not let this slide in there game.
This is what happens when u make rates terrible for beginners, and no content or incentive to play the game, also I find it funny they say they're gonna let macros stay and then they keep silently changing stuff like the spawn tp and locations to prevent it like they're so indecisive and focus on maros instead of content its honestly concerning lol

anime defenders developers have to be some of the most incompetent people i have ever seen on the platform why would you make an infinitely farmable resource TRADEABLE? of course it's going to turn into an alt simulator the way to fix this is to remove gem trading, but the developers have too big of an ego and are afraid to see their playercount drop if they do this i would recommend quitting this game entirely
nah man im not quitting i make so much gems off of my alts and then i can just buy soo many secrets and shit i dont see myself quitting this game until the devs fix alt farming 🤣
They not only are incompetent in allowing gems to be tradable but are also incompetent on giving rewards, as a casual player, rewards are shit, I get like 5-10 rerolls a day with like 2h of playtime cuz I have work, a really small amount of gems aswell, rewards are fucking trash and that's why ppl make alts, these devs made a really bad game
The only way the can fix it is removing booths so you cant transfer your gems anymore and buff other ways to get gems or just make it that u can trade only shiny units and secrets with no gems or items. Something like that would be much better than the current state

I won’t lie, I abuse 4 accounts but I do agree with you. It’s the only way to progress. I’ve beaten story, there is no point to do the raid, and the game is boring, so I tiny task 24/7. I believe alting should be patched, and progression should be changed like you said
I don't care how good your teams are someone running 10 accounts in afk with premium and vip will beat literally everyone. I play Death Ball the game Sub worked on before dropping it for this same problem is here don't expect afk chamber to be fixed. Whales would be smart to abuse afk not whale buying gems, rr, etc directly. I traded in that game for months then afk was added and someone can just generate 40m+ weekly leaving 10 fully p2w gamepass premium accounts. So just don't expect afk chamber to change however macros I would expect to be constantly a fight to get patched entirely.
Death ball is not even bad, its cosmetics, in this game you actually can't progress without these type of stuff unless u want to take 2 weeks to get a mythic
After over an hour, I have a 2% sample size of the total player count for Anime Defenders. Around 65% of the player count are either bots exploiting or alts. (130k+ of the 200k+ player count). You can go into any public and immediately see people teleporting around with default avatars and random names. This makes sense when you realize Anime Adventures usually only peaked at 40k.
@@tawhiaotahiata How would they buff the gems while nerfing alt farming tho, buffing gems would indirectly buff alts aswell. Trading in release was a mistake in the first place

can u blame them for using alts? not everyone can spend that much money on this game and not everyone wants to invest money in a roblox game that will eventually die or get bored of, so yeah if you are not extremely lucky you cant get all those cool stuff that youtubers showcase, so thats why people use alts to all those things themself
LMAO this is exactly how it feels for the free to play to watch pay2win just get a bunch of rerolls while free to play gets like 2 a week if even. I personally like how they added the aspect of people being able to grind rerolls not just daily rerolls but grind grind rerolls. And overall I like how much freedom they are letting be on the game UNLIKE AA where you HAVE to buy the battlepass or RR to even summon ANY trait. And so your getting at max 30 rr a MONTH if you didnt buy BP. And why is everyone acting like EVERYONE wasnt macroing in AA wtf lmao. Only downside to game is that they need a better raid with better loot and make it so the raid isnt macroable. Like add rare rare units like the percentage is VERY VERY LOW not just low but VERY low they can even do one that is .1 then one that is .01 and even one thats .001 thatll literally make EVERYONE want to get that unit so much and have a feeling of grinding it but hey thats my thoughts. Even Toad was macroing in AA I mean every YTber was because you literally cant get that much gem without macroing unless you wasted 12k robux for each unit pity which we all know you guys didnt.

i quit the game after i realize the AD is for macro master player where game is lack of effort but pure hype compare to als more good unit and good effect than AD secret unit with trash effect that is not actually from anime
yes because anime defenders is too lazy to add a way to get gems besides infinite, this game lacks so much content its insane. They need to add ways to get gems like damage quests or something like the infinity castle like from anime adventures.

All we need is a better way of getting gems. The economy is so trash. Everybody sells their secrets for 100k and beyond. And shiny mythics will cost 50k and beyond. Plus not everyone can get macro. I can but it’s been giving me problems. It’s just crazy because not everyone really has a fair chance.

every game does have alt accounts, but not to this degree. The problem is how easily it is to obtain gems from afking, in addition how it's so easy to transfer thousands on thousands of gems. 99% of the time you spend in the game is from afking. It takes away the aspect of grinding for a unit and feeling rewarded. Not to mention you can use your alts to grind materials for you.
proof they’re greedy, if the game really cared they would remove alt accounts, and they take forever to update, it’s a shame such a good game is ruined by greedy lazy devs
