Definitely need a shoujo version of this. Sharing umbrella, accidentally touching hands, love confession under the Sakura (or other regional flower) tree.
Running late to school with a slice of bread in your mouth then bumping into a tall handsome guy then meeting him again once you get to your classroom because he just transferred to your school today.
Slight correction, the magic system in Fairy Tail is powered by the emotions of each individual wizard. Natsu doesn't get stronger because he is seeing his friends struggle, it's because his emotions are essentially at an all time high, he's sad, angry, happy, etc and because of that his powers become much stronger
@ShangoTheGod ummm.....the show itself explained this. Even Erza, during the Grand Magic Games arc, explains how Natsu is able to seemingly amplify his own power
@@user-gk6nt5gi5nit’s any emotion sadness rage anger loss happiness joy grief all amplify magical power because natsu is a happy person with anger issues he usually gets his buffs from rage happiness joy and anger so no not power of friendship
The attack callouts are similar to why we name formulas or objects, it helps in seeing/imagining what they are, like a derivatives, triangles, circles, conic sections, and arithmetic sequencing.
The tournament arc I feel is only kind of a thing if you're an athlete or something when you're young. Unless you are actively competing as an adult, the only thing close to it is the work conference arc lol
This whole time I’ve been expecting y’all to ride on the hype wave and do a Spider-Man 2 suit tier list. Damn how am I gonna see a waves suit miles morales
10:21 well if I were in a world where supernatural powers were commonplace then I’d want to go to a tournament and watch them blow each other up(so long as there are safety measures put in place)
14:17 music is a form of motivation, it's commonly used for training e.g gyms, team warm ups. It has the same affect as when you are training with friends or a familiar group, compared to alone, you get motivated to try harder and that leads to you pushing limits and improvement, which is why motivation is important for such things, and we get that same 'boost' from music.
I’d say the only difference with Luffy is that his dream is not to be the pirate king but he has to be the king of the pirates in order to make his dream come true
About the monologues, you can’t tell me that Mafiosos don’t get guys who betrayed them strapped up in chairs and verbally tear them down before capping them.
For the transformation/power up it is real and happens in extreme stress and life or death situations where the adrenaline surges so hard that your body uses its full strength ignoring the damage it will cause so that you can survive. Since humans are designed by nature to keep themselves alive no matter what that means if given the option of get rid of arm or die the body will try to cut connection eith the arm or part of body that it happens to. Or in cases of cold weather the body will actively sacrifice its limbs to drain their heat and gather it in the torso because you dont need your arms and legs to survive
The being the best thing is so real. Everytime im invited to go dance somewhere even though i havent danced in ages but i always immediately start practicing again lmao
Power ups are real in the sense that extreme release of adrenaline can more than double your lifting capacity in short bursts, or allow short bursts of movement speed far above what you can otherwise normally achieve. Sure it doesn't go into super human territory, but it is enough that a normal person full of adrenaline can beat a built person with no adrenaline.
With the evil monologuing the only thing I can think of is Larry Bird would straight up tell people what plays he's going to do in their face and then do it and there was nothing they can do
With that Goku moment i always fucking forget Frieza's racism. Especially in the clip being taken out of context made me bust a gut. it's just so god damn random and funny.
Y'all out here saying people don't monologue, like you haven't witnessed the backstabber in a work situation, that one person who desperately needs to be like or feel important that they become the reason someone else is kicked from the group publicly, or those people who feel the need to "expose" their partner as being trifling/unfaithful after setting up a situation to catch them slipping. And on top of all political speeches are villain monologues, a 1 is way too low.
If not sports, you basically gotta be a massive nerd about your hobbies, but tournament arcs are 100% real. Not just Smash Bros, but any fighting game, tcgs like Pokemon and Yugioh, game nights with the homies, even that marathon Christian mentioned. If you have some level of drive to be the best, or even just to win at all at anything, you'll find yourself in a tournament arc at some point. It just won't feel like it at the time unless it's actually some kinda sanctioned event.
12:42 this one is really only applicable in a world where supernatural phenomena exist because the chances of the government picking you up and attempting to turn you into a functional cyborg are pretty low
So with the evil monologue, I remember in school the bullies whenever they were beating someone up they would first intimidate the individual or give their evil monologue before doing so. I remember once I was able to step in to protect my friend because the guy was just talking about how much he was going to hurt him.
Booze fueled power-ups are not a thing unless you're Rock Le or Drunken Master. Anybody else and it's just your inhibitions being turned all the way down. The only thing the power of Hennessey does is make you want to drink more of it.
Y'all remember track and field or the sports festival in elementary/high school? That somewhat obligatory tournament that we all have to do? TOURNAMENT ARCS ARE FUCKING REAL Also, the transformation thing is real because like, my personality changed when I buzzed off all my hair dude. When I got rid of the mullet, I switched up. When I get a fresh cut, I SWITCH UP. When I got a fire fit on or recently got a new clothing piece, pair of shoes or accessory... *I SWITCH UP*
4:23 Nah no way, Top Gun calling a shonen is crazy...but now that I think about it, a bunch of guys wanna be the best pilots, get the girls, avenge their homies, tell themselfs they are at fault for their friend's death...Top Gun is my favourite shonen of all time.
This was originally a Shonen Trope video. If this video did well we'd cover Harem/Ecchi tropes next, buuuuuuut it's looking like this vid has only done okay lol.
