Unfortunately on modern US Air Force and Navy aircraft pin-ups and nose art are banned, so we likely won't see any planes with anime girls on them in the US. Not quite as sure of regulations on helicopters however since those are under the US Army or Marines, so one can only hope! (I also don't know Marine Corps regulations for fixed wing aircraft but I assume they follow similar regulations to the Navy since they work closely together)
