Since Broly is 2.05 meters tall, you're really wrong, at most Super's is 2.75 meters tall and Z's is 3 meters tall, so he's not small.

Broly is 6'8-6'9 in his base form,he grows slightly as a Super Saiyan,then as a LSSJ iz Z he's about 9'0. In the more recent movie though,they made him EVEN bigger,at 9'10. Basically 3M.

I can accept something that is 100s of meters or even a few kilometers tall. That only breaks physics in less obvious ways so I can still suspend disbelief, but once we start talking things on the scale of light-years it just becomes absurd.
