between bushes and sky
without saddlebags nor money
completely free
to collect grains of life
and breaths of pure air
and sleep deeply
on the silver bed of the water
without fear of drowning
wonder ‘of a blood’
far away from hoarfrost
and mildew of cemeteries
Let’s go looking for crickets tonight

near the river Tagliamento
Lets’ go looking for stars tonight
With ‘bare’ eyes and music
in the breath of our little poem
completely free
to collect grains of life
and breaths of pure air
and sleep deeply
on the silver bed of the water
without fear of drowning
wonder ‘of a blood’
far away from hoarfrost
and mildew of cemeteries

e a dormire profondamente sul letto argentato della'acqua
senza timore d'annegare
meraviglia d'un sangue
lontano dalla brina e dal mucido dei cimiteri
