@@TechOut Sorry about the confusion. I just realized I was looking at the wrong spot for the watts. You are charging 129W which is ok for 140W (power transfer lost).
Yeah, they dont include wall chargers for power banks of this rating. The Turbo chargers that phones use dont cut it unless you plan on leaving it plugged in all night. Unless you have the high end chargers that supports like 65W. Laptop chargers fill that role but the wall chargers, you would have to pay for it separately.

It will charge a MacBook Air about one time so no it won't go 0-100% on a Pro. The amount it will charge depends on if you use it during charging as well.
