@@trademarktaz a software update fixed this but since this is a WiFi model you have to connect the system to the WiFi to download the update which took a few tries for me
@@stutterweeb unfortunately that did not correct my issue. I did update the main unit but it's not giving me the option to charge the add on battery. Thanks much.
