Hey!!! Thanks for making this amazing video .. I had a question … If I type -30 will the card go 30 days into future or I’ll see it in next 30 days ? And one more thing .. Suppose I have a card with 4month interval.. And I have a exam coming in 2 months.. Now if I want to see that card again before my exam what should I type ? Like -30 or -60? Please reply it would be very helpful
Hey man! Glad the video can be helpful! -30 would mean you see the card again 30 days from that day! So if you have an exam in 2 months I would do -30 and if you still need to see it again when you see it in 30 days then you can do -15 or -10! Hope this helps!
Hi there! Great question. It DOES NOT change there interval or the card's ease at all. This is why this add-on is GREAT! You basically reschedule and when you see the card again it is as if you saw that card again the day you rescheduled so the interval is the same. For example, let's say you reschedule a card with a 2 month interval to "-10" days. When you see it again in 10 days, if you choose to press "good" this time it will go 2 months away as if you pressed "good" ten days ago instead of rescheduling! The added benefit is that you got to see the card again 10 days after to sharpen that specific piece of content :) Hope that helps!!
Sorry! I apologize I just looked at 6:34 and when you do the interval change like I did at that section 5 to 9, then this WOULD change the interval to something between 5 and 9! Just wanted to clarify that!
Hey mate I have a question about the settings from Anki - maybe you can help me? If I create a new card and press the same day on good (= 1 day), the next day i get the choices: again: 10 minutes good: 3 days easy: 3 days Which setting do I need to change? I tried ease bonus it did not work :/ thanks for your help!
Hey mate! Great question here. If you follow the settings I have in the video then you are just fine. That sounds like it is working correct as you see it on day 1 and then again the following day. After getting a card right two days in a row it is graduated and can go on to 3 days as an interval! Keep it up!! 👊

Hey man, love your vids! It would be great if I could get your input on a dilemma ive been facing. Currently, Im doing what Anking suggested and just do cards on my weaknesses or missed questions, therefore I suspended everything else.....Lets say I get a question wrong on PSGN because all of the cards for that topic are super mature with 2mo+ intervals. This is what I do: 1. Search for PSGN 2. Unsuspend 40 cards on PSGN 3. Tag "incorrect" 4. Create filtered deck: PSGN (reschedule based on answers in filtered deck) 5. Finish deck 6. Next day: Rebuild deck However, the intervals for the filtered deck are now 10min, 2mon+, 2mon+....i don't want to hit "again" and restart it to 10min and mess up the intervals. I dont want to hit "good/easy" because I just freshly reviewed it from the question explanation. This add on seems like the perfect tool but what do you think would be the best way to use this addon (If at all)? Or would my issue be better tackled changing my "lapse" or "filtered deck" settings?
Hey man! Glad my videos are helpful. I would just use this add-on. This is perfect for your situation. Set the interval for like 15 days and if you get it right again in 15 days you can choose to keep the interval and send it off 2 months or try to send it 30 days ahead and go from there. Totally up to you! This add on gives you tons of flexibility

Yes that’s right! After that you just wait to see it in 15 days and your interval will be normal so if you press “space” or “good” then you’ll be sending it off 2 months like normal!!
@@AustinNguyenMD Is there a better way to set a "relearn" setting? what if in 15 days im still "iffy" about it and dont want to push it to 2 months or back to 0. Would that just be a case of changing the "lapses" setting then? In other words, lets say I push it 4 days (-4). I see it in 4 days and get it right but not ready to push it back 2 months. Are there settings with "rememorize" that will allow me to see the card a few more time before pushing back to the original interval of 2 mo?
Yeah absolutely!! Just keep using the rememorize add on when you see the cards again like “-4” and then in 4 days you can do “-4” or “-10” if you want to see it in 10 days. I had some cards that I always kept in the circulation to rememorize and see every “-20” days. Hope that makes sense!
Unfortunately not! I wish a lot of the add-ons would carry over to mobile or tablet use but some only work when using the computer version of Anki and this add on is one of them!
