JOI Rehabilitation demonstrates 4 Ankle Resistance Band Exercises. These exercises are easy to do at home or wherever you are. The exercises are great for improving stability and strength in the ankle. (If you have pain with these exercises, or have had recent surgery, consult your doctor or physical therapist before doing these exercises)
