Sir, Thank you so much for your knowledgeble and informative videos.I am 68 yr old female and my Rhumetologist has diagnosed me to be an AS patient after HLA B 27 positive and thereafter MRI. Is it possible to have AS at this age? I never had AS symtoms before. Only suffered from common stiffness and tiredness sometimes if worked for long hrs. I was a working woman till 60 years of age. Pl advise. I am on Salazaar and Nucoxia since a month.

Sir after taking Adalimubab biologic Along with Tofacitinib and Saaz for 3 months I got Paradoxical Psoriasis. Now biologic has been stopped. As it caused me paradoxical psoriasis. Earlier i had mild scalp psoriasis only. That was not big issue for me. Sir, What will be my further treatment course for Ankylosing spondylitis now without biologic.
