I almost cried watching the video... so many wonderful memories... I start coming in 1995... all what I learned there about Natural Hygiene had literally set me up for life! I had 2 raw healthy pregnancies, one in Florida and one later in Australia, where I moved in 2001. I always knew where to go back to health. Now I m a healthy happy me, with children grown, eating raw foods, fasting on water, teaching yoga 🧘♀️ (I was an accountant in my career) Watching Leola and Lalita was so touching, I was one of those graduates myself. Unfortunately, I recently learned that Leola is no longer with us, but I hope I will hug and kiss Lalita one day. Thank you so much for this video! Even the lady standing next to Debra, the journalist, looks familiar. She used to give raw food classes in NYC in the mid 90s. Coming soon!
Thank you Ann Wigmore Institute!!!! I discovered Ann wigmore in the early 80's, at the beginning of my raw food vegan journey thanks to Dr Wigmore's wisdom. It was then at the beginning and I am thankful that I have now almost 40 years of momentum of that understanding. And I can always do better by paying a visit to the institute.
