They r very innocent..they don't know ki sab mile hote h and they laugh about it in their secret meeting...and they will not let u perform by palying mind game and these kind of things done if any one is south indian either manager, senior manager or head they have to do harass, mentally torture their employee to satisfy their ego n frustration
The only way to caught the m live is to contact that employee who is on their target stay in touch see how they r torturing that person or call to all the employee who have been fired, terminated n ask them what happened to them
People are speaking out now..good..hats off to the new generation...but my generation suffered, I faced this in my company way back in 2010-2012..am an accounting professional too...I still get the nightmares today too...the work culture was not just toxic, it was just hooliganism.
Powerful enough! We all deserve a harassment free workplace. Let’s keep the conversation going! The way the guy in the blue tee shirt shared his experiences showed he’s been through a lot. It takes real courage to speak out, and it’s inspiring to see them take a stand, everyone else can too!
Toxic managers are the problem yes. but organisations and HR departments that allow toxic managers to grow and protect them are more toxic. that is the biggest problem. Why don't employees feel safe to speak up? because organisation processes and practices - what materializes on the ground is toxic.
It's good to bring people to hear the confessions(I respect you) . But kushal you need to be firm in your views about work culture. In a podcast with aman dhattarwal you were glorifying working for more than 70 hrs. I know you are a content creator, but I felt you're a hypocrite. No hate kushal, was just disappointed. I know you get scripts and being a content creator you have to just act upon it
working on something that interests you is a different thing. being made to work forcefully by someone is a different thing. Kushal has himself been in case 2 and openly shared that he considers this wrong.
uska kahne ka matlab hai agar tumhe koi multimillionaire ban na hai tab 14 15 ghante kaam karna padega otherwise tumhe normal life chaiye phir ache se life enjoykaro
CA firms have toxic work cultures, and ICAI should put out some laws regarding that. We pay them membership fees every year still, at least we deserve protection.
when should one stop tolerating? -when on a daily basis when u wake up and ur mind tells I dont wanna go back to the same place and face that person/behavior etc , exactly this is the time when you should take a decision
this is not only in ca faternity this issue is of entire indian corporate and job system 😢 The only reason that ca anna issue came in limelight is because this kind of news in ca faternity is though maybe common but errupts once in a blue moon whereas on an average entire employee chain is under high stress due to unorganised and harsh indain corporate jobs
This happens in all organization involving chartered accountants. Other domain people have been so fun working with, be it sales guys, or legal guys. MBAs or even engineers. The problems is with the chartered accountants, especially Indian CAs. Sab log sadist.
Foreigners have understood this..that night shift karna nahi hain..we Indians are destroying our sleeping cycle for USA..if there is financial problem nahi hain toh then no need to do night shift... Saturday and Sunday kaab chala jayega pata bhi nahi chalega..then your food, sleep, digestion and body hormones will imbalance..
🔺PIP🔺is a glorified way of saying You Are Fired. It is the most favourite tool of managers to abuse & used as a formal way of taking revenge in corporate world. I have seen best of the best talents in PIP just because they were leaving one team to join other, & first team was forced by HR to provide names of under-performers to fit in bell curve. so naturally the person who is leaving the team gets to be the Chosen One. Sadly this practice has been there for decades in top tier companies. If ur ever in Pip, just change ur job immediately.
Torture is happening even in small girls guys. During the initial days of my articleship, i had broken the wrist of my right hand and it was awfully painful. I asked for a leave and the CA boss/manager/in-charge told me " Pain killer leke aja" . Then there was one instance she told in front of everyone in a raised tone"tere baal bohot acche hai na tereko takla kar dungi" One CA in-charge had harassed me to find meaning of depreciation, obviously i already knew but he didn't listen to me, wanted me to search internet for it. Compared me and a person who had already completed their 3 year articleship. And many things, all of this comes at the cost of your own self confidence when you are a 19 or 20 year old.
It is hard to believe that this is your first podcast in which you have boldly spoken straight forward and you are looking the same on camera as well as off camera, you have done very well @aashijain(अंगारा🔥)💫
Bhai kushal i dont want to spread hate against you but people like you have glorified Big4s a lot and you guys actually admired their toxic pressure work atmosphere instead of criticising it. Good that now you're speaking up.
Kushal sir Ase podcast hona chahie C A employee ka experience toxic culture pata rahna chahiye Ana Sebastien beginer thi in new city away from parents no emotional support in this new world
People like FM are making this kinds of statements by being totally disconnected from the ground reality. Oh god! What was the condition of Mental health? Baapre Baaap Bhai! Where are we heading towards as a nation? What was the government doing?? Why didn't you guys started doing this few years back. As a youth people will feel cursed to be born in this nation! Oh my god!
I don't think excessive work is reason for suicide. It's only because of toxicity. Because in my internship we slogged upto 4 - 6 AM. But never felt tired. Were always excited to break targets. On contrary both chairman and partners insisted is not to work beyond 7 pm. And told productivity need not be more than 5 hours per day. Now i think back, i guess they played reverse psychology on us 😂😂😂
Bro ps5, who are you? I'd like to chat with you. I see your comments on almost every finance video on RU-vid(like think school videos, here and other financial things). It actually makes sense of your comments.
I worked with EY & PWC and both the places were very toxic and Managers and Seniors were very very abusive & toxic . C-word , A_sehole, G_ndu are very common abuses .
Managers put pressure on employees. Directors put pressure on managers. CEO puts pressure on Directors. Shareholders put pressure on CEO. It's a cycle. Everyone is in pressure because shareholder wants more benefits and higher returns. Will you invest in a company which has less returns and market share? If No, you're part of the problem
I also had a very traumatising experience with one of the Big 4 and that to in there Global practice . Luckily I fought against them and resigned after proving myself. But i wish we could speak more confidently about these incidents.
You are only employee no. For mgmt. Aur ye sab brand org mai h. Employee wellness policy sab jhut h. HR to bus naam k hote h. Org se dil lagana sab se badi murakhta h. Love your work not org.
Thank you for the podcast .Both the guests are speaking from their hearts.I have worked both in India and abroad. So my conclusions is Abroad : Skill + Hardwork =Success and growth HERE : Skill
bhai resign karne ke pehle notice period serve karna padega, also last monthsalary disbursement me issue karte hai along with transfer of pf to another organisation
@@Imccafitn2024e One cannot fight the system so better to get into another system which might be slighty less worse than the previous one....maybe you the keyboard warrior never got into such circumstances that's why giving random gyaan
@@theexploringneuron hata diya comment, khush ab? sab kuch gyaan ni hota, kuch opinion bhi hota h, kuch experience bhi. I am a qualified chartered accountant with enough experience to make that statement. Labour laws for employees in private sector is weak in our country and it’s an unfortunate fact.
