Theni Everest existed even before social media was added in marketing text books. Why I say this is, after social media’s evolution, every (heritage) brand is judged/ portrayed differently. I respect them for their history, the way the brand has evolved over the years. Given the fact that any newly built one’s chances of becoming a heritage brand in future is very bleak. No offence to anyone but the consumer should be made aware of certain brand values.
Yes, Everest surely needs a facelift and to match with the current trends but let’s just accept that they’ve been a pioneer of sort in whatever they have been doing. Their Mutton chukka is hands down one of the best and the Panju Parotta and Oil Chicken is my all time favourite.
