Heard this once at Lime Street. Burst into tears because I was 7 then and it had to terminate at Preston (it went to Blackpool North). It was because of flooding

Some of this is the responsibility of Network rail, yet you never hear Network rail apologise!

In certain stations they build a platform 0 for extra capacity, they built one in Leeds because it was getting too busy during peak time and trains would often have to park infront of each other.
