"Vulnerability has become my superpower." Indeed so. Which is what makes him such a superbly nuanced actor. Just watch the tiny details he adds to his depiction of Hayes in this film; just look at that searing first kiss - how he leans out when she pulls away, how he puts his head against the wall in despair when she walks away. One of the media reviewers says Galitzine knows how to touch; and it is very true. I could go on......

Izzy was absolutely right. The respect Hayes shows to Solene is an indication of his emotional maturity as opposed to Ollie who is the same age and who has no qualms humiliating Hayes and Solene in front of everyone. Hayes is mature for his age which is probably why he is attracted to older women.

I never had any doubt that they make it work. While they might've agreed to take another shot at happiness if they could--or they agreed on the surface at least, bc deep down they surely didn't relish the thought of the other moving on with someone else--they still decided to wait for each other. That's true love. They both have the patience and emotional maturity necessary and I agree, their reunion is absolutely hard-won and deserved. It's a happily ever after and no one can ruin it for me. 😂 And now I'm thinking about Hayes as a dad haha.
