Then Tyra is in the other room and every time she says the word 'model' they are supposed to hop up and down on one leg. I always read every word of a contract because of that episode!
Why is everyone being so negative? She was literally telling them that they shouldn’t lay so much weight on a celebrity’s word. She wasn’t arrogant or out of touch with reality at all.

It could be. From a DBT perspective it would fall under ACCEPTS skills (sensations) or TIPP skills (intense sensations). The breathing throw a hole would make you take longer breathes and the smell or taste of the fruit would be a distraction from your thoughts. Honestly, Anne Hathaway will probably one of the few women that I think is genuinely attractive that is famous. I usually don't give a shit about celebrities, but every time I see her I feel like my jaw drops.
I am in November 35 and i been through 6 attempts. my first was when i was 15. in 2017 i decided to fight it look long and in 2022 had the 6th attempt. but then i got back up and fought harder than i ever could and now almost 2years mentally positive. got a good job, found happiness and people to laugh with. found an amazing guy who is pushing me to fight even harder and in march i will go study. to finally do all i should have had. and honestly idc if i am soon 35, i feel so alive and like a teenager going to uni. and idk if i would love life as much if life was ok from the start.

She was in a horrible time back then until everything was proven to be false. Some people can be good and almost perfect you know.
