is there right of way down by the gate house please ?

Interesting route, thanks, but a couple of problems. Two sections of the route are not on public rights of way and in Park Forest trying to link to Kennel Lane we had to retrace our footsteps because not only signs saying no entry and no footpath there was a gate across the track. I think to remain on rights of way to get from Misk Hill to Kennel Lane you have to cross the motorway twice. Also the section through Joe's Wood and Top Wighay Farm is not a right of way. We crossed the railway in Newstead and came back to linby along the track of the disused railway. (We started our walk from Linby through the Ranges to Washdyke Lane to pick up your route). Be good to have your comments, please.

Hi sorry you had problems with the route, I didn't see any no entry signs and can't recall seeing a closed gate but maybe I was lucky and the gate was open, I will walk the route again and will adjust the downloadable route so its not on any areas that it shouldn't be, sorry for your alterations you had to make
