I'm just wondering, but I'm guessing I know the answer. It's better to have your splits before trying an illusion, correct? If someone could tell me, that would be amazing!! THANK YOU!!!
There is no need for a perfect split to achieve an illusion with good technique. It is helpful and appealing, but the pattern of the illusion and technical correctness is not dependent on a full split.
My leg doesn’t go up nearly as high as hers... it’s about equal length with my body... What can a do to fix this? Do I need to do any specific stretches?
