Notwithstanding the provisions of sections 17 U.S.C. § 106 and 17 U.S.C. § 106A, the fair use of a copyrighted work, including such use by reproduction in copies or phonorecords or by any other means specified by that section, for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching (including multiple copies for classroom use), scholarship, or research, is not an infringement of copyright. In determining whether the use made of a work in any particular case is a fair use the factors to be considered shall include:
the purpose and character of the use, including whether such use is of a commercial nature or is for nonprofit educational purposes;
the nature of the copyrighted work;
the amount and substantiality of the portion used in relation to the copyrighted work as a whole; and

Annie and Frank's early days of one night stands reminds me of and is a foreshadowing of traveling acts, bands even stand-up comics of today. It's a hard life.

Thank you so very much for your research, and contribution to the people of America, and the world in this story of this remarkable, young lady known as Little Miss Sure Shot. (Annie Oakley.) This story like so many such stories has enhanced my life, and I am sure many others as well. Once again; thank you.

Actually, Annie succumbed to pernicious anemia, a blood disorder originating from a lack of vitamin B12. However, lead can also affect the body's ability to make adequate red blood cells. Annie was a rare combination of grace, refinement and talent. A true American Icon.

I being about 40 miles from Greenville have visited Annie's grave and knew an old lady that was neighbors to her family, the lady told me that she was not buried there at all, that she had been creamated and her ashes put in a golden urn and hidden from grave robbers at a secret location. Anyway your video was interesting!

I'm gonna be honest... I'm confused where you stand politically...
@ViolentKisses87

You aren't the only one thats confused. I'm full of contradictions. When I was 14, I would have called myself a democrat with a gun fetish but that has evolved over time. I believe strongly in social liberty but at the same time I feel the world would be better off if indoctrinating minors under 18 with religious teachings was illegal. I believe in economic liberty but also believe there is a need for some governmental whip cracking depending on the issue. I really like firearms, not a huge fan of hunting but see it as a better alternative to factory farms if well executed, I think the organic non GMO movement is BS. I believe human life is determined both at it's beginning and at it's end by our brains, thus first brain activity at 8 weeks is a good starting point to start an abortion debate, prior to that it's got human genetics but it's not a person. I don't like the idea of lifetime imprisonment, either they are safe to reenter society or after given an ample time of 10 years for new evidence it's off to the shooting lines. I favor free college education for prisoners and or trade training as a means to eliminate the majority of crime that exists today. But to give free education to those who have committed a crime while not doing so for citizens who have not is unacceptable to me. I don't really like Ron Paul or his son they seem like misguided (though well intentioned) fools. I'm fine with the Federal Reserve, I Hate NAFTA, Piracy is not a crime IMO if it is not used to turn a profit. I like both cats and dogs but find their hair annoying. There is plenty of other stuff but thats the basic biographical shakedown.

***** Interesting... very interesting not gonna lie, can't come up with many more adjectives aside from that... I suppose I'll tell you where I disagree and agree. I believe in the right to self-defense. I believe that biologically a new organism is created at conception... I think that abortions should only be had if it threatens the mother with death, serious harm, or ability to have future pregnancies... I'm not a fan of hunting nor fishing either, however I understand why people may wish to hunt their own food. I by definition am an atheist... I've spent a whole lot of time thinking about the religion debate. I've come to this conclusion: Honestly no one knows what happens after death... people who have had NDEs report various different things happening... However if God came down to me and said the Judeo-Christians got it right, I'd become Christian, if the energies of the universe manifested into a voice and said, "Hey that Buddha guy knew what was up," I'd be Buddhist, if Vishnu came flying down on Garuda and told me the Hindus got it right I'd be Hindu... now if Allah told me that the Muslims got it right... I'd say, "Fuck that" because I will not support any establishment that treats women (or any specific demographic) like cattle. Hope you were able to take away something from my thoughts on the matter...

Bob Bobertson I'm more militant in my atheism than you. I don't agree with the agnostic (not that yours is exactly in line with agnosticism) approach to the question of God. I'm not going to rule out an intelligent creator altogether but to even entertain the idea that this a creator of the universe has anything in common with our primitive religion teachings is nonsensical to me.
@bobbobertson9325
@bobbobertson9325 9 лет назад
An intelligent creator could be anything/anyone, that's my point we have no idea.
@ViolentKisses87
@ViolentKisses87 9 лет назад
Bob Bobertson My point was they wouldn't be stupid if they were a creator of the universe thus they are described in none of the religions we have currently :D
