What an effort!!! It is always impressive to see, how you keep progressing every year, for over a decade. It is mind blowing to think about, how much discipline and hard work you must have to put in, to stay on this elite level in crossfit, for so long. And the fact, that you still have this smile on your face, after all these years of hard work and brutal workouts, makes it even more impressive. I hope you can keep this and i wish you all the best for the future and that you stay healthy. Thank you for showing us every year, that it is possible to progress, if you do something you love. 🙏
i was watching this like “go, Annie!!” “no, Annie, don’t stop!!” “cmon, only 2 reps to go!!!!” like this was live 😂😂 you are my inspiration, thank you for being exactly who you are 🤍
You are my true inspiration Annie. It’s amazing seeing you working out but also I love the podcast. Being Mom myself and Crossfit amateur athlete, it’s great to look up to role model like you ❤ Thank you !!!
Annie s rooting for you from the bottom of our hearts, with bated breath! thank you for the motivation and inspiration. We look forward to a successful performance in the next stage ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
For me, Annie, Frederik and BKG I consider them as role model of athletes and inspiration. I like that Sola joinded to TTP crew. I've already met Frederik and BKG in person, it's time to meet Annie 😀. I wish you good luck for the season 💪
Can I ask about the strain on your pelvic floor? Did you get it after giving birth? I am having issues with that, trying to work on controlling it as much as possible.
This was an amazing performance! I’m curious, though, if you were dropping your feet off the wall before your second hand touched the line (during wall walks)? It might just be my amateur eye, but just trying to be helpful for the sake of avoiding no reps. You are welcome to ignore me. 😊
