I think you didn't do annihilator justice, it looks like you have had less practice with it. Also what build are you using? The shot should usually be strong enough to one-shot enemy tanks, at least whenever i try I do much better with anni or hybrid than with conq, maybe i should practice more with conqueror. I use 4/4/7/6/6/6/2/7/0/0 build often
i often played with the annihilator tbh even more than the conqueror, but mostly i use 1/4/4/4/8/8/9/4/0/0 for the annihilator but i think it also depends on the playstyle and mode where you use it i would say
