... I have vacationed all through the Shenandoah Valley and all through the Blue Ridge Mountain Parkway, Skyline Drive ect. and it is beautiful during the winter when it gets a blanket of snow .... Lots of places to visit for pictures and scenic views... Plenty of wildlife to see all year round as well... Hope you enjoyed your vacation 👍...

Happy Anniversary to you two. We held a trip to Shenandoah Valley when the leaves change the color in fall. I religiously followed their site to check out the best day to see the colored leaves. I have a collection of pictures where when we look and laugh how we have grown old as the years went by, LOL. Best place to go. Have a wonderful time out there and God bless you both. Virginia, my home state 😁 Grew up on the east coast. Went to Shenandoah on family vacation when a teen and saw those caverns. Beautiful area. Have a wonderful time (and thx for showing us 'the man' -- now we have a nice visual for when you speak of him)

We drive by the Shenandoah Valley everytime we go to Virginia to see our nieces. My husband actually asked me to marry in in Virginia. Well, he actually said " Would you like to get hitched in about 6 months?" I said okay. We've been married for a little over 36 years now. I hope y'all have a wonderful love filled anniversary. The caverns are beautiful! Nobody can top God's work.

Congratulations, we have been to those under ground caverns, they are beautiful. I remember going there as a kid. It was so amazing! Then I brought my kids 30 + years later. This video makes me want to return.😉 Hope you had a great anniversary! That chicken looked so good. My wife is an excellent cook too. She knows a way to a man’s heart is though his belly. 😉

I lived in Maryland for a short while in the early 1990's and my husband and I visited Luray caverns so this was a nice reminder of that time. It was very pretty and very large as I recall. I'm a new subscriber and thanks for vlogging your trip, it's been a nice walk down memory lane!

I'm glad you did not go to Miami! I live 2 hours from there and avoid that place like the plague. (I hate crowds & trafic.) I'm not a big fan of crime either.
