After calculating corridor cut/fill or structural volumes, Civil 3D makes it possible to display this data on a “section-by-section” basis in the form of a dynamic table. In this session we’ll explore a workflow that demonstrates how to create this type of table style and then apply it to a collection of cross section views.

Your voiceover, the entire logical sequence of your explanations, even the way and the speed you move your mouse pointer on screen, everything is just perfect! You inspire me a lot to reach the level of perfection aswell. Man, you're the best Civil 3D professor in this entire universe. Everyone that keeps watching every single video you post on RU-vid knows what I mean and what I'm talking about. Thanks for making these videos and I really hope you will keep doing it forever. Learning from you is like 110%... Cheers from Brazil! HUGE fan of you Jeff.

can you do the same thing with the cut/fill volumes? i.e. have a dynamic table for each section for the cut/fill volumes

Mr Jeff I have a question how can we plot the x sections if we have simple x sections data like elevations and offsets in civil 3d and also show the labels on sections thanks

Hello Jeff ! First of all, thank you for great guides. My question is, how do you get so nicely done section views ? Could you make a guide for that please ? Thing is when you create multiple section views, the regular look is not anywhere good for work presentation. Thank you and keep up the good work.

Hi Jeff! off question: Please let me know, what is best price/power hawrdver options for Autodesk Civil 3d? What is your actualy desktop workstation? I actualy use a custom built desktop with Z170 chipset, but, the desk hasn't enough power under Civil3D corridor design. What is the best option? The civil 3d don't use multiple core process as I know... :( I just looking a realy powerfull desk for my work... I have a good buying option for a Fujitsu Celsius 670-2 workstation with 2x XEON E5645 and 96GB DDR3 ram. But, the cpu has 2,4Ghz base frequency, (now i have Intel i5 6600K with OC on 4,5 Ghz). This is a good chance for more power??

Is there a way to add the hatching (material) style in? Just to visually easily see which numbers relate to which hatching on the cross sections?
@joseantoniogarciaramirez3405
