I read a lot as a little kid, took a LONG hiatus, but got back into it in 2022 and have not stopped since. Audiobooks might help you, that's how I got back into it. I would put one earbud in and just go about my day with the book going. Made dishes a lot more interesting, lmao. Now I'm like James and can finish one in a day if I really try.
I had a scan for something else and they found a big cyst on my ovary i had keyhole surgery! it was okay and the recovery time wasn't as bad as i thought! that's when i got back into reading after not reading for years! i love it again now. glad to see Amber had a lovely birthday missed the vlogs! xxxx
Massive congratulations on the Ambela Jeans 👑😘absolutely love the mom jeans would love the opportunity to come. I completely understand your feelings and frustrations when it comes to endometriosis. I was going through the stages with scans and ultrasounds. In the end they can only diagnose it from doing laparoscopy which I definitely recommend as they can have a deep proper look into what’s going on and hopefully that’ll help a lot with all the pains. After the surgery I had a mirena coil fitted as apparently it’s meant to help with hormones and things like that. As previously I was on the pill which messed my body up a lot and since having the surgery and the coil I feel a ton better in myself. I hope the ultrasound goes well and fingers crossed you’ll be able to have the surgery and get it sorted. Honestly it’s so worth doing, I get awful anxiety and was constantly stressed throughout the process but once I had the surgery it was honestly such a relief. I really hope you feel better in yourself soon! You’re not alone ❤️❤️❤️
I had a bad gallbladder, causing me to collapse in pain. Made me feel dizzy, confused, vomited a few times, lots of anxiety, ect. I had it emergency removed while I was in my second trimester of pregnancy. It went very well. I have so much sympathy towards your journey, darling. Surgery is scary, but not being able to be here and take care of my kids scares me so much more so I can relate to that. It's going to be alright. Go through the steps and motions of getting yourself ready to feel better cause I just know it'll happen. Sending you lots of love, darling. ❤
I had the same, a cyst on my ovary and endometriosis and in a lot of pain, but when they removed the cyst they found the endometriosis, so the cyst pain was gone then (it was so painful). Then I was still left with the endometriosis. My consultant wanted to go in and take as much of it away as possible. But my brother who is a histologist said if they do that you may be left with adhesions that then won't go away. I decided not to have the operation and luckily for me I went into early menopause at 42 and although it took a few years it has slowly absorbed all the endometriosis and now I have no pain at all. Mabel’s speech is amazing! My little one is only 2 weeks younger than Mabel and he is still only on with mamma and dadda. We are trying so hard with him but he has a cookie bite hearing loss in both ears and STILL awaiting hearing aids. This process is so long 😭 I can’t wait to hear him say more words 🥹 xxx
Hi Carys, I just had a MASSIVE (12cm) dermoid cyst removed back in July, I had no idea it was even there. During surgery they found mild endometriosis. I just wanted to reassure you that the surgery went so smoothly, I have the most severe health anxiety and I was terrified, crying every day leading up but the procedure was totally fine, and I feel grateful I had it taken care of prior to it bursting or twisting. I just wanted to reassure you that it will be okay ❤ I think the sooner you can just get it taken out, the better. Mine was so big, it destroyed the ovarian tissue and they had to remove my entire ovary :( but also if they do find endometrial tissue during surgery, they will remove it for you. It’s crazy how much less period pain I have now post-surgery. Sending you all the love and calming vibes because this was me last year and I totally feel you and understand the anxiety. I promise it will all be okay ❤

I've been told I've got pcos I've got two 4mm cysts and haven't been able to get pregnant and was told they wouldn't remove them unless I got pregnant but i have been trying to get pregnant for 4 years but with the problems of pcos I've had no luck yet got to try getting help with a fertility clinic, you are incredibly lucky to have two children with endo. Very lucky x
I am not in the medical field. But I have been watching you for 4 years now and noticed you touch your face and hair all the time, try keeping your hands away from your face and scalp . At 40 years old I had rashes and acne. My dermatologist advised me to stop touching my skin only to cleanse and apply trerioion cream. Now my skin, head, face, shoulders and hands are completely clear. Best of luck. I empathize with you.
I have endometriosis on my left ovary, I have been waiting long time on the lap surgery and still waiting been back and forth to GP on multiple pain medication had to stop working ect due to it I’m now 31 never had children been to NHS Assisted contraception take multiple vitamins list is endless endometriosis isn’t cool!! I had a cyst on my ovary. When it was first found it was 2cm across but by the time they removed it it was 56cm around! Docs were hoping to drain it but it was solid and stuck to my ovary so had them both removed at the same time x
Can't wait to try the jeans. I can never get jeans to fit around the bum and thighs they are always baggy. If I buy a size down then the waist isn't comfy xx

Hi Carys, Ive been watching you and your lovely family for years now, i feel compelled to just give you a bit of advice with regards to the endometriosis/cysts. I hate to see you getting so anxious, i know that feeling only too well and its hard to deal with. After years of excruciating pain and experiencing everything you described i went to my GP as i needed answers. Please request an MRI scan, dont be told you can only see endometriosis if you have a laparoscopy. I had an MRI scan with the contrast dye and i have received back the most detailed conclusion, i finally have answers as to why ive suffered for years. For some reason we are led to believe a laparoscopy is the only way to get a diagnosis and its not. Sorry for the long message but its horrible to see such a lovely young woman suffering and the sooner you get answers the less health anxiety you will have. Keep on being the wonderful person you are, but always remember to take time for you. When the pain is bad i know what a struggle is it but your doing an amzing job. Good luck with it all ❤
I second this in regards to endometriosis. They can see if you have endometriosis from an MRI. I had mine last year and they can see if it is a ‘chocolate cyst’ as they say from the scan and is the most reliable way of checking without a form of surgery. I’m now on the wait list for an operation to make mine removed so push back to see if you can get an MRI.
