I know exactly how you feel Zoe with your Anxiety! I get it a lot when I go to the mall or the movies or just out and about. Something I find really useful is to just stop for a moment, look around you, take a few deep breaths and tell yourself that you are going to be okay. You are feeling anxious because your body thinks that it's in danger and something bad is going to happen. So I just take a few moments to tell myself that I am safe, I am okay and that nothing bad is going to happen. Hope this helps to anyone else who suffers from anxiety as well. xx

I'm 13 years old and I have anxiety and have panic attacks very often. And I feel very awkward talking about it to people but let me tell you. Seeing someone who I look up to who is so successful and collected but also suffers from anxiety is very helpful. I love how Zoe and other youtubers are so normal. Like she is on an ad, has and article in vogue, her own beauty line and tons of fans wanting to meet her, but then she opens up about her anxiety, goes out without makeup and orders double mashed potatoes! I think that's why youtubers are becoming more popular than mainstream celebrities because you can have a really personal relationship with them:)

Zoe, I keep feeling those exact same things. I've noticed that anxiety gets a little worse when the seasons are changing, summer to fall and spring to summer mostly. So yeah, is anyone else going through this??

when she said that when she couldn't see alfie she freaked out it really showed how much they care for each other... it is beautiful seeing how he helps her so much running a bath and being her rock while also at the same time she is so supportive of him there is so much love and care between them both it is truly inspiring...

Im 18 and I absolutely love watching your videos, I suffer with PTSD, anxiety and panic attacks especially when im in public place which causes me to feel sick, get so hot and agitated but watching your videos actually helps because it makes me think if you can change your mind and how you think then so can i, you're such a down to earth person! i feel bad for zoe sometimes because i also suffer from anxiety, and she tells everyone constantly she has bad anxiety and her "fans" still bombard her and dont act like normal humans around her. I understand its exciting seeing a celebrity you love on the streets, but have some respect and dont run and start yelling and crowding them... For someone with anxiety that is the worst feeling. No matter how much Zoe loves her fans, when you guys do that to her she will panic and start acting which will only make it worse for her. give her some room, or at least dont crowd her and start yelling.

Zoe I totally undertand the anxiety bits 100%. My boyfriend is always confused when I am really anxious for no reason. Someone explained it to me like hearing the boss music in a video game but not seeing the boss. Or like hearing the scary music in a movie and being nervous but never seeing the monster. Anxiety is such a tough thing and a hard thing to explain. It comes out of nowhere sometimes and you are right...it is so draining! So glad you have tips that help you and supportive people around! that does wonders!! Hang in there...you are not alone with anxiety in the world.

I totally understand you Zoe. I have horrible anxiety and I went to the carnival the other day and almost fainted cause of how many people and my anxiety and everything. Seriously though.. I feel like I am the only fan of the Brit Crew that is actually older than all of them. When you see the fans they are all like 12-14 year olds. Are there other older fans out there that just keep quiet about it or what??? I can't be the only one. Maybe I'm just really young at heart. For me, watching Zoe, Alfie, Marcus, Niomi, Jim, Tanya, Louise, Joe, Caspar, and Gabby is like watching any other reality tv show. Well, except it isn't scripted and the people are actually good role models for their younger audience. Basically, I just wanted to know if there are other people closer to my age so I don't feel like some creepy old dude. :-/

BUT YOU DID IT ZOE!:) It was SO tough for you to go out especially on a Saturday, but I am SO proud that you were able to do it! Every day is improvement :) I am just so joyful right now because just yesterday I stood up to my anxiety for less then 3 hours and went to the mall as well, it was horrible in the moment, hot flashes, shakes, hyperventilating, a sick stomach, and light headedness were all there but now that its over I'm glad I was able to kinda pull through :) now next time we BOTH will be a little better on our bad days. :)xx
