This is the reason why people need to go to jail for financial loss. The minister in charge of education and mp for the area should be held accountable. They are supposed to know about all educational infrastructures under their control.

A simple Google search will tell you that the Anomabo fisheries college which you Captain Smart term as University was started in 2011 by Prof. Mills which Mahama couldn't complete it. STOP ARROGATING PROF. MILLS PROJECT TO JOHN MAHAMA.

Akufo Addo is working on it to complete it. I'm not saying it is Akufo Addo's project however let's give credit where it is due. Let's not erase the Late Mills from our history just because Mahama wants to be president. Mills cut the sod for construction of phase 1 of UGMC, that is fact but people arrogate the project to Mahama. Akufo Addo cut the sod for phase 2 of UGMC and completed. Let's just be factual with their individual records.

This project was started by President Mills. Regrettably Mahama refused to continue the project during his administration. So place thw blame on both Nana Addo and Mahama.
It could also be the monies set aside for completion was diverted into mahama's pocket, as always. Otherwise why will they have kept quiet till date? Please don't lie to the public it was started by professor Mills not John Mahama . John Mahama abandoned the project due to nonpayment of works done by contractors it was president Akufo Addo who has developed the project to this stage so please stop the lies
