Yea, Iam not from Russia, but in Czech republic they are seling something similar and the mold is NOT there :D Also the Anomaly's salo-mold has some random "pattern" in comparison for example with cheese niva, where the mold has some constant amount in every place of it :D That means Anomaly's salo have been in the store for a little longer that it should be xd. I hope he wont get cancer from that amount of mold he ate....

So, first of all, you dont bite into the whole piece, you slice it. Secondly, that was not mold. It most likely was parsley or some other green thing like that. And, yes, it goes really well with a slice of bread and a shot of vodka :D
