I wish nalaman ko to noon pa lang before ako bumili ng pc. Yung MSI monitor ko 1 month na after maipawarranty, wala pa rin hanggang ngayon, and up to 2 months pa ang expected waiting time bago ma return.

parang sa 4090 issue ata yan. Sa laki at bigat ng 4090 magka crack naman talaga ang pcb kahit anong brand pa, kaya its necessary talaga na lagyan ng support bracket ang 4090

same here with my MSI monitor, bigla na lang nagkaroon ng horizontal lines (MSI G241). One month na after kong ipinawarranty, hanggang ngayon wala pa rin. idk kung normla na ganon katagal since first time ko rin mag pa warranty ng pc components.

for laptops a bit different story. Lenovo got this premium 2+ years warranty with onsite visit for urban clients may Lenovo technician na papasyal po house to house pero on selected areas, MSI adopted this too while Acer got premium care like warranty ng Lenovo pero for selected seasons po, same with Asus and other brands. Pero as of now Lenovo is the most consistent pagdating sa after sales.

its normal sir specially kung beyond store warranty timeframe pero workable siguro pag 2 months naman na ang inabot. if that was during the pandemic we can consider. pero dami din external factor na pwede natin consider why it took longer than usual like availability of parts, issue like there are cases na di naman nagpapakita agad issue sa side ng RMA etc. pero regardless of what concern pag nasa 2 months and beyond that should go through follow ups para maaddress ng day to day updates. pero again depende po lalong lalo na kung beyond 1 year pwedeng ship abroad sa manufacturer kasi discontinued na yung product locally and i can't speak for all situations.

@@Bermor Na sa under pa rin naman po ng store warranty, nitong July 8 ko lang rin ibinigay since LCD (nagkaroon ng horizontal lines) ang nasira ng monitor ng MSI (G241) na nabili ko. Ang ikinatatakot ko nga po, hanggang ngayon wala pa rin update tapos baka ivoid lang at sabihing physical damage. Salamat sa info sir!
