Anorexia recovery challenges & Eating Disorder Recovery wins of 2020.
It is easy to think that 2020 was a completely wasted year because of Covid. But I started to look more deeply into what I had done during the year. And I realised that actually I had completed a lot of anorexia recovery challenges and made a lot of eating disorder recovery wins (even though most of the time it didn’t feel like it).
So in this vlog I share my anorexia recovery challenges and wins of 2020. Some really small, some a bit bigger. But it doesn’t matter how big or small, and eating disorder recovery win is still a win. Completing an eating disorder challenge is still a victory.
And probably one of the biggest achievements and anorexia recovery wins of all is surviving the year. I hope that in sharing my anorexia recovery wins, it will help you identify any of your own challenges & wins.
