This is an excellent video and it is so true that everyone with an eating disorder struggles with binging to some degree. I think many people will appreciate this video because they know they are not alone when struggling after a binge.

I totally understand what you mean about the flexible definitions on binge eating. I once binged on two packs of gum, to some that's not a binge, but at the time those "binge feelings" were very real for me, like you say no eating disorder is perfect, its completely nonsensical!
