Really appreciate all the videos you've been creating, covering the incredible amount of new games being announced this time of year. I've found a lot of titles to add to my wishlist. Appreciate the time and effort!
I only know of one other RPG that has tried the "Party members suggest actions" and that is one of the Digimon Data Squad games. Glad to see this concept getting more experimentation.
Pillory - Some good'uns here but Pillory captivates my attention by being different and standing out, it's got it's own vibe and feel and it's so awesome to discover indie games that do this. JRPG and you know you're already in good territory with respect to the whole game design wheel of art, gameplay, story, sound and more combining... Kemono Heroes - Not too sold on the art design - however run & gun 4 player coop, if you add 4 player coop to ANY game you're already reserved a seat at "The Captain's Table", in my book !! Awesome. Yeah the "Good 'ol arcade days! +50c for 1UP!
Hah, i thought i recognized Grunn as Dutch dialect! The name "sokpop" and the man's accent solidified it. That and the fact he later said it's Dutch. Pillory intrigues me. Strange but fascinating character designs and even more so for that "combat". I wonder what amde the creators name their game after a medieval restraining tool... (that wooden block/board with a hole for the neck and two for the wrists). Don't know if i like the full black and white style, but i think i'll keep my eyes on it.
Yeah I love tthe panned out perspective on this sort game but I don't possess a single musical bone in my entire body... it's all "a-boom-boom-let-me-hear-you-say-wayo!"
@@commentarytalk1446 I don't really have a problem following the rhythm it just feels limiting, like you have to play a certain way. I wish it was more like Akane or Kate....would be far more interested then
I remember that you once posted about a game and I forgot its name. I remember that it was about fighting giant worms that eat each other and can jump with a perspective in the form of TOP-DOWN like hotline maimi Does anyone remember the game?
I'm hoping the devs for Gravnir can fix up the game because the actual gameplay is super slow and dull, might just be an early game deal but I got bored and quit the demo within the first 10 minutes.
