A visual guide for Another Aloalo Island Boss 3. This guide was made using the strats for the Materia DC Party Finder. Find me on Twitch at: / bigkobelive Twitter: / bigkobelive #aloalo #guide #ff14 #ffxiv
Orienting your camera to the new north is vital for understanding all the harder mechs in statice, also make sure if you are chain you are 100% directly middle there is almost no wiggle room on it. It's not that bad but the intermission and pinwheel take a while to be comfortable.
Your videos got me and my group through the first two bosses, and we cleared Lala for the first time tonight. Already excited to tackle this one too. Thanks for the great guides!
There's no need for "one less than the first bullet she misses". It's a lot easier to start counting 1 2 3 from after the first bullet (the second bullet as 1). "Spread 1 2 3 () 5 6 Stack"
@@shawnspringstead Basically just don't count the first bullet, instead on the first bullet you think stack/spread and then you start counting (second bullet overall is "one" and so on). The number you're saying when the second bullet misses is the safe zone
The chains in this fight aren't very lenient at all. Best I can say is make sure the chain players are in the middle until the pink AoEs appear. Then have them run right to the wall as close to the line as possible in the correct tile.
0:20 isn't this bullet pattern impossible because she can only miss the first or last bullet, then one of the six in the middle? As in it will always be [spread, 1-6, stack], or [stack, 1-6, spread]
yeah, the first part of this guide is incorrect. I as you say the first and last bullet inidcate spread/stack. everything in between indicates the exact safe spot. edit: not incorrect but the logic he's using I think makes it more complex than it's. simply start counting after the first bullet and whatever she misses is the safe spot.
