Another AMAZING DAY at a minor league game in Frederick, MD (featuring Orioles prospect Alex Katz) 

For the third time since last season, I caught up with my friend Alex Katz -- a minor league pitcher now in the Baltimore Orioles organization -- and there were so many highlights over the course of the day. I watched the players warming up from the field, played catch with Alex, asked him a bunch of questions about life in the minors, helped the grounds crew pull out the tarp, did an interview in the radio booth, and more.
