Thanks for your great video's! I bought your video's back in December, 2013 and I just finished my 1100 sq ft basement. Bar, two bedrooms, bath, pantry, living room and built in book shelves (like the ones on your video). I couldn't have done it without the video's! Granted, I don't tell my friends I watched them.. ha - Macomb Township, Michigan

How did you address the drainage issue with the doors leading to the back year? Are they connected to the sump pump? Great job really like the use of common items to create something that looks like a million dollars.

We tied a drain we installed in the paver bricks at the base of the hardscaped steps into the footer drain system and that keeps any water issues at the base of the steps from materializing. Eddie

I like your videos but do take exception to the electrical panel being located near combustibles. I recently retired as an electrician so i do bring some experience to my observation that placing clothes in that closet space near the panel is a violation of the National Electrical Code (NEC 240.24 (D)).
