I know Giannis is a top 3 player in the league, but we haven't seen a LeBron-style carry job since 2018. Especially with the health concerns of Brook Lopez and Khris Middleton. You're gonna put out Giannis, Bobby Portis, Gary Trent, Taurean Prince, Pat Connaughton, and who else? Beauchamp's underrated, but is he able to be significant in the playoffs? Ryan Rollins? Andre Jackson? AJ Green? Obviously if Middleton and Lopez are healthy they'll play, but that's not guaranteed. If Dame doesn't work out, then their best best is hoping a free agent wants to join Giannis and the Bucks, but again, it's not guaranteed. Obviously a player like GIannis you should only trade as a last resort, but if your only other option is free agency in an NBA where trades are how stars are moved (because they don't want to give up lucrative extensions), how do you get there?
