I grew up in Canada, drifting and doughnuts is how you learn to be a good winter driver. These guys are the ones least likely to crash when the roads are greasy.

That reminds me of trying to drive to and from work when I lived in the "Snow Belt" of North east Ohio, USA. Trouble is that I was not trying to drift!!. Rear wheel drive cars were the worst, Front wheel drive were better and 4 wheel drive trucks gave you the best control. Fun Vlog.

On selling the apartment anyone that can pay cash is golden. With interest rates at 15% there isn't going to be much competition in the market. The number of potential buyers will just dry up. It should make your position on buying land and building much stronger as other buyers thin out.

In a western environment i would say re invest but given the ruble performance since 2014 the currency is basically junk status i wouldn't even put it in a Russian bank for fear of it being embezzled by the state. I think you could be an old man before seeing any real value return when currency devalues interest rates are high inflation & prices continue to rise without much scope for sanction relief at least for another 6 yrs.

Where there is no information, give more information, like those museums, trade shows, etc. Interview somebody, ask questions. When including non English-speaking friends, etc., involve the viewer in convos with more translation. All these things help bump you up from the humdrum. Are you getting it now?
